1. Current licence
SNAPVERE 0.0.7 and later are distributed under the SNAPVERE Commercial Software License Agreement unless Brendigo supplies different written terms with a specific version. The licence distributed with the applicable software version is the controlling software licence.
2. Licence scope
An authorized customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to install and use SNAPVERE for lawful internal personal or business purposes, subject to the applicable commercial entitlement, order, subscription or other authorization supplied by Brendigo or an authorized distributor.
3. Ownership
4. Permitted use
Subject to a valid commercial authorization, users may install and run compatible SNAPVERE Setup and Portable editions, create and edit screenshots for lawful purposes, and make reasonable backup copies of legitimately obtained installers for their own authorized use.
5. Restrictions
Except where mandatory law expressly permits otherwise, users may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease or redistribute SNAPVERE as a competing software distribution; remove or misrepresent copyright, product, developer, trademark or licence notices; misuse SNAPVERE branding; bypass commercial controls; or use the software for unlawful activity.
SNAPVERE is proprietary software. Use, installation and distribution are governed by the applicable SNAPVERE Commercial Software License Agreement.
7. Privacy and local processing
SNAPVERE is designed as a local-first screen capture application. Applicable privacy behavior is described in the documentation and privacy information supplied for the relevant version. The licence does not authorize access to data contrary to applicable law.
8. Updates and compatibility
Brendigo may provide updates, maintenance releases or new versions. Windows version, system architecture, hardware, graphics drivers and platform capabilities may affect which features are available. A licence does not guarantee perpetual support for obsolete or unsupported environments.
9. Third-party components
SNAPVERE may contain third-party components governed by separate notices or licences. Those terms apply only to their corresponding components and do not grant rights to SNAPVERE branding or proprietary Brendigo code.
10. Termination
Licence rights may terminate automatically following a material breach that is not cured where applicable. On termination, the user must stop using and remove copies for which authorization no longer exists, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SNAPVERE is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties not expressly provided in a separate written commercial agreement. Compatibility can vary across Windows configurations, third-party drivers, protected content surfaces and hardware devices.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brendigo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use SNAPVERE, except where such limitation is prohibited by law or a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
13. Branding and trademarks
SNAPVERE is the product brand and Brendigo is its developer and publisher. SNAPVERE names, logos, icons, artwork and product identity are proprietary to Brendigo. No separate trademark or brand licence is granted except as necessary to refer to a legitimately obtained copy of the product.
14. Historical versions
Versions published before SNAPVERE 0.0.7 remain governed by the licence terms distributed with those specific versions. Publication of the current commercial licence does not retroactively revoke rights already granted under a historical release licence.
15. Entire agreement and priority
The applicable SNAPVERE licence, together with any applicable commercial order, subscription, invoice or separately signed agreement, forms the relevant licensing terms. A separately signed agreement controls to the extent of a direct conflict, and mandatory law continues to apply where it cannot lawfully be excluded.
