Website Terms of Use

Terms governing access to the SNAPVERE websites.

Effective / last updated: 10 September 2026.

1. Acceptance

SNAPVERE is proprietary software. Use, installation and distribution are governed by the applicable SNAPVERE Commercial Software License Agreement.

Publisher and operator
Brendigo LTD
Company No.: 16545639
Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ
United Kingdom

2. Website service

The websites provide product information, documentation, release information, security guidance, legal information and access to official SNAPVERE downloads. Content and availability may change when necessary to maintain accuracy, security, compatibility or service quality.

3. Permitted use

You may use the websites for lawful personal, professional and evaluation purposes. You must not interfere with availability, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious input, misuse automated tools, impersonate another person, distribute malware, or use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others.

4. Download access

SNAPVERE may require a valid permanent email address before presenting official download options. You must provide an address you are entitled to use. Temporary or disposable email services may be refused. We may also limit or refuse repeated, automated or abusive requests where reasonably necessary to protect the service.

5. Accuracy and releases

We aim to keep product descriptions and system requirements accurate. Software changes over time, so the version number, release notes, published package names and SHA-256 information should be considered together when verifying a specific release. A feature described as planned, deferred or unavailable is not a commitment to deliver it by a particular date.

6. Third-party services

The websites may link to independent third-party services where appropriate. Those services are operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean Brendigo LTD controls or guarantees a third-party service.

7. Intellectual property

SNAPVERE is proprietary software. Use, installation and distribution are governed by the applicable SNAPVERE Commercial Software License Agreement.

8. Security and responsible use

You must not attempt to compromise the website, disrupt downloads, bypass protective measures at scale, access information that is not intended for you or use SNAPVERE to violate applicable law. Good-faith security research should avoid destructive techniques, privacy violations and unnecessary public disclosure of an unresolved vulnerability.

9. Availability

We may maintain, update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website or a download where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every page, package or historical release will remain available indefinitely. Where a package is replaced for security or quality reasons, the newer release should be preferred.

10. Website disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the websites are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or compatibility with every browser, device, network or third-party platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, Brendigo LTD is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control, or loss arising from unlawful or unauthorised use of the website or software. Consumers retain rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Use of SNAPVERE

SNAPVERE is a general-purpose screen capture utility. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture, retain and share the information shown on your screen. The software must not be used to circumvent legal restrictions, technical protection measures or organisational policies that apply to protected information.

13. No user account

Providing an email address for download access does not create a SNAPVERE account, subscription or paid entitlement. If account-based services are introduced later, any additional terms will be presented separately where required.

14. Feedback and public project channels

If you send feedback, bug reports or suggestions through a public project channel, do not include passwords, confidential client information, private screenshots or other information you are not entitled to disclose. Public repositories and issue trackers can be visible to anyone.

15. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the website, software, security practices or applicable law. The effective date on this page identifies the current published version.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of rights or forums that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not necessarily waive the right to enforce it later.

18. Related documents

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Download & Software Terms, Legal Notice and Software Licence. Where an applicable software licence grants rights that cannot be restricted by these website Terms, that licence controls those rights.
